How long does it take to get started on Doorways?

Users can jump in immediately with the usage of our guided walk-through tool called WalkMe. Users will be shown where to click, what to type, and how to complete any process in Doorways with the click of a button. Built-in courses can teach each user how to master any module (Accounting, Occupancy, Maintenance and Reporting) in as little as a half an hour. 

What does the onboarding process look like?

Our Data Conversion Team will be in touch with you regarding your scheduled conversion time - when the time comes, they’ll inspect your data and offer tips for clean-up should there need to be any. Then, a proposal is sent your way to be given the green light as to how they will import and shape your data to fit into Doorways’ architecture. Once completed, a review is held to validate the data and configuration of your site - once confirmed, you’re off to the races!

Does Doorways have mobile applications?

Doorways has two mobile apps for use on iPads - mobile inspections and mobile work orders. The portal applications are also designed to be flexible for use on mobile and tablet browsers as well!
